Top things to do in Colombia - National Park Tayrona

The famous Tayrona Park lies at the Caribbean coast near Santa Marta in Colombia. It has some of South America's loveliest coastline. This wonderful spot is located about 30 minutes from the city of Rodadero, with beautiful beaches. Ideal place for surfing and diving. The national park "Tayrona" was named after the native people who live there until the 16th century until they were banished and extermined by the colonial powers. Today there are living only some offspring, the Koguis, in village in the montains of the national park "Tayrona".
